What Happens...

when you make a brownie mix without the egg and try to use cider vinegar and baking soda instead.

Ok, why on earth would you skip the egg...ESPECIALLY SINCE YOU HAVE CHICKENS??

Our chickens aren't laying yet and I had none in the fridge. I should have called this post "Science Experiment"

How did they taste?

Joe's brother and sister in law are vegan and they always use baking soda to make up for the egg. She makes vegan zuchinni brownies for everyones birthdays, they are okay, but I think sometimes you just 'gotta' use the egg!

How did I miss that you have chickens?

next time use apple sauce or pumpkin :)
